ARTIST BIO

Keizo is an American fine artist, photographer, and scientist.  He was born in Japan and came to the US to join Harvard Medical as a scientist to initiate an innovative oncology drug research project targeting cancer mitochondria. He loves science and art, both driven by creativity and insight. He designed and created inventive molecules, projects, companies, businesses, and artworks. He learned to paint watercolor from Gary Tucker and Alvaro Castagnet. He currently resides in Boston with Mito, his wife and soul mate. They travel around the world to appreciate the arts, science, nature, culture, foods, and more. He is a member of NEWS (New England Watercolor Society), NWS (Newton Watercolor Society), NAA (Newburyport Art Association), and AACR (American Association of Cancer Research).
